Yoga Poses

Yoga asana is something that should be studied with a teacher especially in the beginning because it is a physical activity and like any activity it can create disharmony in the body if you don’t know how to do it or push yourself to deep. Here are some asanas but remember to use caution and always back out if you feel pain.
