Recipe of the week- Maple soy salmon

This is a simple, easy recipe for salmon. I served it with rice and a cold salad of peas and shelled edamame (dressed with rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper)

*From weelicious

Ingrediants:

2 pieces of salmon

2 tbs of fresh orange juice

2 tbs of soy sauce

2 tbs of maple syrup

How to:

Mix the 3 ingredients together and pour over salmon. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to marinade. Preheat your broiler to medium or high, make sure your rank is not too close to the top or it will burn the salmon. Than place the salmon (with the maridade in a shallow dish lines with foil. Broil for 8 minutes (make sure to watch it).

Enjoy!
