A good friend of mine introduced me to another food blog. There are so many out there but I find taking a few minutes and looking threw recipes always helps me get a fresh new idea for a weeknight meal.

2tbs sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
dash of sriracha sauce (or hot sauce)
1 tsp rice vingaer
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tbs choped cilantro (save half for garnish)
2 chopped green onions (save half for garnish)
6 chicken drumsticks
- My two year old made the marinade in the morning while I was making her breakfast (takes about 5 minutes). Pour over chicken and coat. I let sit in a bowl all day.
-Preheat oven to 400 and place chicken and marinade in an oven safe dish bake for 20-30 minutes until the chicken is down and nice and golden.
- I served with fresh steamed green beans (with butter, salt and pepper)
